Established in 2001, P McGrogan Ltd, is a full-service building contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality construction solutions from pre-construction through completion, across Northern Ireland.
Specialising in both commercial and residential construction, our business has established itself as a trusted construction company. Our team of skilled professionals handles every phase of the project with precision and care. We take pride in our reputation for exceptional workmanship, transparent communication and a commitment to safety and sustainability.
Led by Paul McGrogan, we aim to combine craftsmanship and reliability to bring our clients’ visions to life, on time and within budget.
The company employs 4 full time staff and 1 part time staff member and avails of the services of a team of trusted and experienced subcontractors who are available when needed. These include trades such as joiners, plasterers, plumbers, electricians, tilers, ground workers and others.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Paul McGrogan has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects with professionalism, integrity and attention to detail. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and delivered a wide range of residential and commercial projects, developing extensive expertise across all aspects of construction.Â
As the founder and owner of the business, Paul McGrogan is committed to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer service. His hands-on approach, combined with strong project management skills and industry knowledge, ensures that every project is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Mark McGrogan
Mark joined the family business in 2022 and plays a key role in project delivery, health and safety management and operational planning across the company. Beginning his career through the apprenticeship route, he started his Civil Engineering training in 2017 with Heron Brothers in Draperstown. During his five years with the company, he gained valuable hands-on and commercial experience working on a variety of major construction projects, including leisure centres, office developments and warehouse facilities. This experience provided Mark with a strong understanding of project coordination, site operations, quality control and project management.
In 2021, Mark graduated South West College as a Civil Engineer, combining academic knowledge with practical industry experience gained throughout his apprenticeship. His background enables him to bring both technical expertise and a practical approach to the successful delivery of construction projects. As Project Manager, Mark oversees project planning, coordination and execution, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
In addition to his project management responsibilities, Mark serves as the company's Health & Safety Co-ordinator. Having completed extensive health and safety training, he is responsible for managing the company's health and safety systems, including risk assessments, method statements, site inspections, compliance monitoring and the implementation of best practice safety procedures. His commitment to maintaining safe working environments helps to ensure that all projects are delivered in full compliance with current legislation and industry standards.
