Construction of 11 new dwellingsProject Overview
The Blackpark Meadows Development was a £2.5 million residential scheme comprising 11 new build dwellings, delivered over a 2-year construction programme. The development included 8 semi-detached houses (approx. 1,350sq.ft. each) and 3 detached houses (approx.1,600sq.ft. each), constructed to a high-quality turnkey finish.
The homes were designed and built as traditional block construction dwellings, with a mixed external finish comprising brickwork and block/render elevations, providing a balanced and visually attractive streetscape. The scheme was delivered with a strong emphasis on durability, aesthetics and long-term performance, with all properties completed to NHBC warranty standards.
In addition to the housing units, the project included full civil engineering works carried out in-house, demonstrating the company’s capability to deliver both residential construction and associated infrastructure packages. These works included the installation of 900mm diameter storm drainage systems, foul drainage networks, kerbing and full tarmac road and access infrastructure.
